      Pros

      No micro management Work is different depending upon the client giving you flexibility to expand your skills in many different areas. Teams are open and work together very well. Management is has an open-door policy and I can reach out to anyone with any concerns.

      Cons

      While you get to work with various teams, in person meetings are not feasible because of the distance. The virus also adds to this.

      Pros

      Management changes now truly focused on employees and core business. Every employee truly empowered and making a difference. Very positive place to work.

      Cons

      Employees need to be adaptable to change and be able to take on additional responsibilities outside their core role.

      The team is excellent, the technology is amazing, and the opportunity is good.

      Cons

      The turnaround is fast; if you do not bring in the business as quickly as possible, you are out. The sales cycle is 9-12 months.
