      Great kids and families, fun teaching practices, strong reading practices

      Cons

      Management turns the other cheek when day to day problems present. Very low pay when compared across Hawaii which is already low compared to the nation. It seems management are giving fake positive reviews.

      Pros

      Great in-house PD's provided by other teachers in areas of interest and expertise, great kids and families and a strong counseling staff.

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership from leadership team, petty backbiting atmosphere that is understood yet goes unaddressed, embarrassingly low pay, zero discipline practices, no actual curriculum nor progress monitoring while touting highly individualized instruction (non-existent). But hey, the kids love it because they get to have parties whenever!
