      You can manage your time, remote working

      Cons

      They normalize not helping brokers with problems that arise from disorganization in other departments. Normally brokers are ignored and not considered in company activities, they are outsourced and too much is demanded of them. Except for self-management of time, there are few advantages of being a broker here
