Pros

Pay is fairly strong and team collaboration is there. They have some exceptional peers on the team.

Cons

The company prioritizes short-term metrics over long-term contributions, creating a high-pressure environment where past performance holds little weight. Recognition is given, but it does not translate into lasting support or job security. Leadership focuses heavily on immediate results rather than investing in what makes employees successful over time. There is little flexibility or understanding when challenges arise, and communication often feels one-sided. Hard work and extra effort may be acknowledged in the moment, but they do not necessarily provide stability or career growth. Do not take any critical medical leaves as they will be used against you. Additionally, if your goal is to move into a closing role, this may not be the best place to build that path. Advancement opportunities seem limited, and development is largely tied to hitting short-term targets rather than long-term skill-building. The emphasis on hitting numbers above all else can make the workplace feel transactional rather than supportive.

Pros

The company is demonstrating consistent growth with a solution that solves real challenges for the manufacturing industry. The company lives its values every day and truly cares about its employees. The level of collaboration is awesome. The work here is challenging but rewarding - it's very easy and clear to see a tangible impact to the work you do here every day.

Cons

Like most companies at this stage, AssetWatch has grown quickly, but this has resulted in some fragmented systems and data, and technical debt. Some people who have been here for a longer period of time have not been able to grow and mature as fast as the company has.

Pros

- Solid Product. - Base Salary: $65-70k a year. - WFH - 401K w/match

Cons

-  BDR team is turn and burn.   Very slim chance you will be promoted if you are looking to move into a closing role.   Team members are constantly burning out and they have to hold group interviews to keep new team members coming in.   - Territories:  They give 2 reps all the legacy accounts and let the rest of the team fight over scraps.   Top two, BDRs will achieve +200% every month while the other 30 reps struggle to hit quota.  When you miss, prepared to be micromanaged by the BDR Managers on Slack every hour.  They wont help you, just annoy you until you quit or they can fire you. - Benefits:  For a company that just raised a $75M Series C, they offer the worst medical package I have ever seen for a start-up.  One of my coworkers was paying over a $1k a month just for medical coverage for his family. - Vacation:  Unlimited PTO - You'll be lucky if you can take any extended time off.  One day off every month, not a problem.  Two days off, you're pushing it.  Three days off, good luck!   Start looking for a new job.
