      Pros

      Great people to work with. Upper management is very accessible and personable. Located next to the concord bart station. There is ample opportunity to move up or lateral within the organization.

      Overall benefits are mediocre compared to other firms in the investment industry or in the bay area.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
