      Pros

      Like many things, it's what you make it. The culture and comp packages are all-around solid. Work/life completely reasonable. Nice people.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons that are unique to AssetMark -- the cons are the cons of corporate America, really. Work will be heavy sometimes, lighter others.

      Pros

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
