      Leadership is comprised of SMEs in the processes but lack true leader competencies. There are no inspirational leaders, thought partners or influencers of growth.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
