      Could not ask for a better group of co-workers. Absolutely love the culture - AssetMark has a true family feel. The company is setting growth records every quarter.

      Cons

      Compensation is not ideal. The repetitive nature of the work is vey challenging if you enjoy new challenges.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
