Sometimes hard to navigate both working hard and knowing when to take breaks.

This company has no pros.

They advertised 70-90k as base salary but in my experience, they offered lower with a promise that it will be reviewed after a month or so. They didnt even pay me on time because their system is rotten from 1950s. This company basically needs a robot that will do EXACTLY as they envision cause in my experience, feedback was often delivered in a way I found very harsh. It is an entry level, graduate position but they didnt even have the patience to teach me. They showed me how to do things once and from there, I had to ask them questions if there were anything I was not sure about (which was pretty much everything). They often sent me mixed messages like encouraging questions but reacting negatively when I asked. Honestly, worst experience in my career. I personally wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
