There are typical company growing pains

This is the kind of job that I have been searching for my entire adult life. I have never experienced this at home feeling with any of my previous employments. I love being able to come to work and be myself. I do not dread coming to work, in fact I wake up everyday excited to get here. The chemistry that this team has is amazing. I am blessed to hold my position among colleagues that I value, and in turn value me as well. I am eager to learn and grow from every single one of them.

I cannot think of any cons. This is truly the best company that I have ever worked for.
