Pros

Job is not difficult, especially if you are customer service focused. Lots of cold calls all day.

Cons

Poorly run facilities and management staffs can make work a living nightmare, and your required hours during "turn" over summer are well over 55 a week, definitely not "part time".

Pros

The property manager at my property is amazing, and I feel like the marketing aspect of the job is very collaborative. I was promoted from leasing agent to marketing manager, and have had so much fun growing personally and professionally with asset

Cons

Only con is that sometimes the market is tough to sell to, but that’s not Asset’s fault!

Pros

Asset Living has been a phenomenal experience over the last 4 1/2 years. I have learned and grown exponentially in my career due to the support, guidance and expertise of the entire team. I highly recommend Asset Living as an employer.

Cons

I don't' have any cons, however, since the review requires it I will say, we are growing so fast that it comes with growing pains. The entire Team Asset works diligently to reduce the obstacles daily.
