Pros

The property manager at my property is amazing, and I feel like the marketing aspect of the job is very collaborative. I was promoted from leasing agent to marketing manager, and have had so much fun growing personally and professionally with asset

Cons

Only con is that sometimes the market is tough to sell to, but that’s not Asset’s fault!

Pros

- Easy to manage with other commitments - Great training for sales and touring - Lots of exposure to marketing from the ground level

Cons

- Predatory sales environments (project specific, doesn't always apply) - Pay (needs to encourage better commission per person signed, only $12..)
