Pros
Since joining all the staff globally are great people with a real willingness to go the extra mile for the company. Its a steep learning curve for sure as the product is complex but this also provides the flexibility to work on a multitude of projects , platforms and program engagements. Senior management have been replaced across the globe. This was long overdue and the new management team in place have a clear vision on where the company is going and improving its engagement with staff and customers. Head office locations are good and the company give us a good work life balance
Cons
Steep learning curve means it may take time for people to add value quickly. The improving internal training programs should see this lead time reduce.
