Gear support is lacking. For starters, you are expected to own a well-functioning laptop with enough ram/storage to get the many tasks he wants you to get done. Friends in the industry state that is customary for companies to provide you with one.
Good treatment is dependent on mood which fluctuates.

He promises the ocean but never delivers la cmon you exist to serve a capitalist function. You are a mere digit to the many digits he earns. cmon la the production value also so bad with poor basic gear, the competitors are far ahead and he still bemoans why no business
say reals im wished i could provide an objective and unbiased perspective, but from a reasonable person it just defies reason for me to do that. this is purely my experience and opinions canvassed and influenced from past employees. if i dont write this, many bright starry-eyed individuals would come in not knowing abt the possibility of this experience. but who knows it might get better!
