Pros

Creative Director teaches you whatever you need to know to get the job done You get to work hard for a grand dream of his that is personal to him Good rewards if you get the job done well

Cons

Gear support is lacking. For starters, you are expected to own a well-functioning laptop with enough ram/storage to get the many tasks he wants you to get done. Friends in the industry state that is customary for companies to provide you with one. Good treatment is dependent on mood which fluctuates. You feel like a dog working there la basically He promises the ocean but never delivers la cmon you exist to serve a capitalist function. You are a mere digit to the many digits he earns. cmon la the production value also so bad with poor basic gear, the competitors are far ahead and he still bemoans why no business say reals im wished i could provide an objective and unbiased perspective, but from a reasonable person it just defies reason for me to do that. this is purely my experience and opinions canvassed and influenced from past employees. if i dont write this, many bright starry-eyed individuals would come in not knowing abt the possibility of this experience. but who knows it might get better!

Pros

- you get to build your portfolio working with fairly well-known brands - easy to make friends at work because we all need to support each other from the stress load

Cons

1. high turnover rate, no one ever stayed for a year. He terminates people a lot. 2. doesn't provide you with a work computer/laptop. u have to do your work on your own personal device. 3. gives you cracked adobe software instead of investing in a proper one. This sometimes give issues to your own device like lagging/crashing. can you believe it, a creative agency with no proper software and devices to edit on???? 4. he will give u a 4-month internship before u get the full-time job. as an intern he doesn't even teach u, he would only point out your mistakes and patronise u. PLUS your job scope + the number of hours you put into this job is not even worth the full-time pay. 5. 99% of the time you end up working for 10-12 hours a day. With no OT pay. 6. The company literally had <4 people. Imagine how hard we worked for so many projects. We should not be working this hard for someone who doesn't invest in his employees. We're literally working for him to have a luxurious lifestyle. 7. as a "creative" you're expected to do everything from pre-production to post-production. if the workload was manageable, I can close one eye but we're always juggling in between jobs so it's very exhausting to do different roles on a daily basis.
