Our models have been market-leading for the last 3 years and our research and engineering team is constantly improving them at impressive speed. People here are genuinely great to work with, intellectual, collaborative, and eager to make an impact. Everyone wants to win and be part of building the best Voice AI company in the market. Leadership hierarchy has flattened over the last two years which has allowed for more transparency and better communication across teams. Feedback loops have improved. There's a lot you can accomplish here.

It can be a grind because the whole market is moving so fast. The bar is high for good reason.

to be honest i don't really have any. i'm happy and get a lot of inbound. i say no to all of it because it's a great job. a lot of great and long tenured employees here feel the same if you're reading reviews about the business... i'd just be wary of the negative comments. alotta the negative stuff is from ppl who have left the business or been managed out. if you're quick and good at your job this place is awesome to work.
