Top Management - They want to make Assembly big but dont know how. Trust outsiders more then own employee. Senior Managers all have left because no vision. This company had 45+ employees but now around 20. They need constant feedback and no decision making.

Did not find any positive thing

Assembly is not a platform to work, it's a hire-fire place where they hire and fire people like no one else in the industry. One of the worst places to join, worst culture, work place where you could find solution. The HR of the company is brainless and the management will never support you for any challenge, people go mute in the company, you can be a target at any point of time. Their competitors are far better in terms of employment and that is one reason they are growing, Assembly is in its lowest phase be it culture, nature of business, being employee centric etc. and such companies would never grow also who do not value their employees. I would request all to go through this review before joining and applying at Assembly, People are struggling in their toxic culture and have no job security. You can't even raise your concern to the HR as she has no brains and management is of no help. If you wish to apply to any bag industry, apply in Mokobara, Nasher miles, any other competitors, or stay jobless, but be on HIGH ALERT ON APPLYING WORST CULTURED PLACE ASSEMBLY TRAVEL
