Pros

Worked with talented artists and gained production experience on real projects. Good opportunity to learn pipeline and understand deadlines in a studio environment. Exposure to different types of shots and workflows.

Cons

Frequent work pressure and forced extensions during deadlines. Weekend work including Saturday and Sunday was often expected without proper compensation. Salary increments were limited and not consistent. The work environment for artists sometimes felt stressful and not very supportive for maintaining work-life balance. Advice for management Focus more on artist well-being and work-life balance. Proper compensation for weekend work and overtime would improve morale. Transparent increment policies and better communication with artists could help create a healthier and more productive environment.
