Nice facilities, employees are generally friendly

Management obsessed with cost cutting with no regards for employee career development or growth. Company makes it clear that it does not care about you. They continuously push people to leave to replace with lower salaries. Employees are nice but turnover is too high for a reason. Management is located in a country where Aspria doesn’t even operate…. This is the consensus among most of the lower level employees. Future Aspria employees beware.

Good benefits, we get to have a free club membership for ourself + 1 person. It's nice to work within the club, motivating.

The management is isolated in UK and doesn't understand the reality on the field. It's often frustrating when they demand more and more without understanding we don't have the means.
