      * nice infrastructure * nice comissions & fringe benefits * some very competent people

      * No consideration for employees opinions *Little is done to boost your potential and progress your carreer * Very bad and inhuman treatment of employees * Very unclear/incertain vision * Management is located in UK and is sometimes disonnected to the field reality

      Nice facilities, employees are generally friendly

      Cons

      Management obsessed with cost cutting with no regards for employee career development or growth. Company makes it clear that it does not care about you. They continuously push people to leave to replace with lower salaries. Employees are nice but turnover is too high for a reason. Management is located in a country where Aspria doesn’t even operate…. This is the consensus among most of the lower level employees. Future Aspria employees beware.
