You work on real problems, get early ownership, and are constantly learning through hands-on experience. This environment pushes you out of your comfort zone in a good way, leading to both professional and personal growth. It is a fast-paced startup, and the workload can be on the higher side at times. If you are looking for a slow, predictable job with fixed boundaries, this may not be the right fit. The culture is exactly what you’d expect from a YC-style startup: fast-paced, bias towards action, and almost zero red tape. If you want to ship code on day one, you can. You get a huge amount of ownership. If you have an idea or want to try a new tech stack, you’re trusted to run with it. People are genuinely open to feedback. It doesn’t matter if you’re a junior or a lead — if you speak up, folks listen. Overall, it’s just fun. The team is young, energetic, and we move incredibly fast.

“Move fast and break things” is very real here. There are almost no formal processes or guidelines, which can be overwhelming if you prefer structure. Because everyone has a lot of freedom in how they build, the codebase can feel inconsistent at times, with different teams solving similar problems in very different ways.
