Pros

Aspora is a very impressive company to work for. The vision and mission is extraordinary. What made me join the company was Parth's (founder and CEO) energy and vision. That coupled with his intelligence was a combination that is rare to find. The energy resonates with in the team and has been a big factor that makes us go forward and work at a pace unlike any other. But what made me stay was the autonomy and trust I was given and the seat I was granted at the table. Never have I felt that this is not my own company, it feels like we all have an equal say in how to move forward in our own roles. Aspora has no layers. The growth trajectory is unlike any other

Cons

Aspora is not for everyone, if you like a job that is calm and just offers a traditional 9-5, please do not join.

Pros

Aspora is a place where you get to work with genuinely good people in a very open and collaborative environment. The team culture is highly supportive, with everyone being approachable, helpful, and willing to teach. At the same time, if you have something valuable to offer, people are equally open to learning from you regardless of role or experience. There is no unnecessary hierarchy, politics, or pretentiousness, just a group of ambitious people working toward something meaningful. The exposure you get here is excellent. You work on real problems, get early ownership, and are constantly learning through hands-on experience. This environment pushes you out of your comfort zone in a good way, leading to both professional and personal growth. The company also makes a genuine effort to take care of employees, with regular events and opportunities to unwind, which helps keep things balanced and enjoyable. It is a fast-paced startup, and the workload can be on the higher side at times. However, the learning, growth, and exposure you get in return more than make up for it, especially if you are someone who enjoys being challenged and growing quickly.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone. Deadlines can be tight, priorities can shift, and the workload can feel intense at times. If you are looking for a slow, predictable job with fixed boundaries, this may not be the right fit. Like most growing startups, some processes are still evolving, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity or rework.

Pros

The culture is exactly what you’d expect from a YC-style startup: fast-paced, bias towards action, and almost zero red tape. If you want to ship code on day one, you can. You get a huge amount of ownership. If you have an idea or want to try a new tech stack, you’re trusted to run with it. People are genuinely open to feedback. It doesn’t matter if you’re a junior or a lead — if you speak up, folks listen. Overall, it’s just fun. The team is young, energetic, and we move incredibly fast.

Cons

“Move fast and break things” is very real here. There are almost no formal processes or guidelines, which can be overwhelming if you prefer structure. Because everyone has a lot of freedom in how they build, the codebase can feel inconsistent at times, with different teams solving similar problems in very different ways. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction — there’s not much hand-holding.
