1. The owners talk behind your back in front of other employees 2. The owners - Dan and Troy - fail to acknowledge any human resources criteria of professionalism in the work place 3. The owners will deliberately falsify Virginia DCJS requirements and sign off on employees seeking renewal of their licensing without going through refresher training. 4. The owners will consistently avoid telling their client adverse issues or accidents that took place while on the job. They violate their own protocol on NDA agreements particularly when one of the owners is inebriated at a popular Fairfax restaurant. 5. Both owners have been known -on multiple occasions - to sexually harass female employees.
