Pros
Ignore the negative reviews from the losers who post on here. This is one of the best places in the world to work. They are one of the most supportive companies in the world and they will work with you to find a suitable project if one project doesn’t work. Management is willing to work with you to find a project that works best, if you are open to different types of work. Other companies would just lay you off. Because of Aspiritech, I was also able to obtain a Master degree, and I still continue to work their part time. In response to some of the comments I have seen thus far, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and move up the ladder. There are leads roles opening for all different projects, and raises are frequent. And for the people who are working remote, you are choosing to work remote. You have the option to work in the office, and the stepping up and out programs are open to anyone and everyone.

There are no cons that I can see. Maybe the company should response to some of this bogus reviews.
