2.5 years and no raises. No formal job evaluation process. If you're part-time and remote you're interaction with the office is limited to whatever project you're on. There is no "career" path defined. or discussed. They talk a good game and the idea is a fine one but, it's essentially a dead-end job. Part-timers have zero chance to be hired full-time which means they don't have to provide benefits. Socialization is only for office staff. Remote workers are ignored.
