Pros

No pros. Unless you are literally desperate for a job and you don't need an income, they will hire anyone with a pulse.

Cons

They post a ton of misleading job descriptions online to attract as many people as possible. There are postings for customer service, public relations, marketing, etc. The truth is, there is only one position, and it's a door to door soliciting job trying to sell direct TV to people who don't want it. Literally walking around in the sun all day long and knocking on stranger's doors trying to sell to them. That's the only job, nothing else. 100% commission based, no hourly or salary pay, no benefits, no time off, 70 hour work weeks, and the commission structure is horrible so even the top sellers in the company are struggling. The turnover is so fast, they basically have a new office of people every few weeks because people only last a few weeks before quitting. So many people quit each day that they don't even keep track of it. They used to be "Allegiance" but they had to change their name to Aspire because the online reviews were so bad. They'll probably change the name again in a few years when reviews get too bad on here.
