Pros

Great place to learn if you have never been an SDR or this is your first job. (Mostly learning how to not run a sales development program). You make a decent amount of calls each day and really learn how to handle all sorts of objections. It’s good experience if you want to stay in sales.

Cons

Leadership is clueless on what the issues are that we face as SDRs at this company. Some of leadership is unprochable because of their temperament and really shouldn't be in their role in the fist place. The CRM is a complete mess. Majority of the leads you are given arent workable and most of the time are a complete waste of time to prospect into.

Pros

Benefits and pay are top notch. If you are local to a office hub you get free lunch, snacks, and drinks

Cons

Database for book of business is atrocious and a constant promise it will be made to be better when it never does. Leadership team is ineffectual for adding anything of value. Micromanagement is their go to method for team underperformance. Constantly making new hires to appear to be in a growth stage for shareholders when most reps in seat are struggling to gain traction with their limited book of business and possible new accounts with there being so few . Consistent team underperformance which will probably lead to the sales dev org being cut and moved under ServiceTitan or team firings if not a top performer. If you consider this role simply don’t. Attempt to become an SDM for ServiceTitan or higher or simply look elsewhere. The focus is on improving the stock value and a lot has gone downhill after entire Csuite left Aspire last year and ServiceTitan started pushing their methodology
