Pros

- Considerate, Appreciative and Respectful mid-low level management who are well qualified and competent. - Friendly colleagues throughout the company - Hybrid Working - Flexible Holiday policy and working hours - No toxic/blame culture - Many opportunities to take on new responsibilities.

Cons

- There is increasing sentiment of under resourced and overworked staff throughout the company, due to brute forcing acquisitions, expansion, and operational changes to the business. This has been noted by Senior Management but nothing has been planned or done. I regularly see colleagues in Quality and Regulatory (voluntarily) work far beyond contracted working hours. This was not the case several years ago. - High workload leads to a culture of ‘quick fixes’ rather than addressing the underlying issues in QA. - eQMS is not intuitive to use and is hard to keep track of deadlines/due dates assigned to colleagues. - Sub-par financial performance, meaning bonuses and pay rises above inflation are uncommon. - Salaries are behind industry average - Disjointed teams spread out between different offices in UK and India, making communication and synergy harder. - Petersfield Office is dreary with little natural light and virtually nothing to do nearby. - Socialising after work is rare.

- Poor and inconsistent management with lack of support - No transparency around meetings or priorities - Career development and progression paths are unclear - Flexibility and policies are applied inconsistently across the team - Concerns and feedback are often ignored
