I genuinely enjoy the work with the clients. It's a great opportunity to possibly make a difference in an individual's life. It's great experience for starting out your career. If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere!
Cons
Soooo many. I have worked in three different departments in the last two years and I have witnessed and been a victim of corruption from management, mistreatment of the clients by staff (issues that if leaked could end the company), and ignorant employees who are absolutely not qualified for the work that they do. I have also witnessed employees get arrested at work for illegal activities. This company has very low low low pay, and no room to move up in your career. There is no support or appreciation from upper management. Raises have been stopped for the last 3 or so years, bonuses have also been eliminated, and holidays have now been cut (Christmas and New Years are not Holidays to Aspire anymore).
