Pros
Horrible to see what has become of a wonderful company where people got help. Why doesn’t anyone see who funds this company and do something? The staff are scared to speak up or they will be fired and the clients just want to go somewhere else as soon as possible.
Cons
No one listens, no one cares, leadership screams or ghosts you. They don’t understand or care to learn. They make up rules that don’t make sense. They lie, omit facts, cover up, don’t hold some people accountable and micro manage others. Promote people who are not qualified over others who are due to favoritism and relationships. Never post positions, only “appoint”. The CEO, COO, CMO and CNO have zero experience to run a large company and it shows.
