Great place to work - Behavior Technician Aspire Behavioral Care Employee Review

Pros

Training process was great (other than having to switch kids when a kid called out). I usually work all hours that I originally signed up for. BCBAs and management are easily accessible. They have a great center set up, open and clean. They even have an open area downstairs just for staff to have a nice break/lunch away from the kids upstairs. Management will buy food for everyone every once in a while. Cool rewards system! Kids are great, staff is great.

Cons

Wish the schedule could be consistent, but it is hard with cancellations.

Pros

Being an analyst at Aspire has been such a rewarding experience. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and truly invested in both staff development and client outcomes. I feel well-trained, valued, and encouraged to grow professionally. The clinical supervision is consistent and collaborative, and the focus on ethical, high-quality ABA services is clear in everything the company does. The work can be challenging, but it’s meaningful, and the team culture makes a big difference. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that prioritizes both its clients and its employees. They do offer major medical!!

Cons

After they trained me to become PCM, I have had to deal with some high intensive behaviors. A lot of times I will see trigger signs and there will be enough time to get the support of the PCM staff, but I have had a punch thrown at me! Thankful for the great training and blocking!
