Pros

Some of the people I worked with and relationships I built.

Cons

Anything you can think of. C-suite are clueless (from the outside it seemed as if they were trying to run the company into the ground or were just trying to wing it), false promises, cheap and not willing to pay what they owe to people. Just a ridiculous waste of time if you value your career.

Pros

Having a background in the consulting space, working with different partners, I can honestly say it is a breath of fresh air working here. Management cares, you feel heard, and they seem to hire genuinely good people.

Cons

HQ is based out of Israel. It can make for some early mornings.

Pros

Great people. The teams are made up of great people who care about the projects they work on. The team goes the extra mile when needed on a project. That being said read the cons.......

Cons

Stay away!!!! Turnover here is upwards of 50%. Some of their choice and some managements choice. There are always issues at companies but Asperii has so many that you need to be careful joining them They do not have any pipeline of business so if you are hired it is only for a project. When the project ends so do you, Management is based in Israel. As much as they say they care about North America - they don;t. They do whatever is best for themselves. They only care about you for the project. Without any projects on the horizon everyday your job is at risk - it does not matter what role you are in. You do not have an opportunity to move up in title. Don't be fooled by HR which makes you feel like it is a family - it is only partially and only for as long as you are there - which in most cases is not long. The CEO has parted ways with the Co-CEO, Senior Managers who have worked hard for him - he has no loyalty to anyone and continues to make bad decisions that are driving the company further and further into solvency. Keep your resume updated and handy. Oh - did I forget to tell you STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
