Aspenti is trying to solve an extremely difficult problem in a challenging environment. It takes a special kind of person to work here, but that means that almost everyone I work with at Aspenti is a bright, focused individual. I can't speak for everyone, but somehow I find myself looking forward to going to work every day at Aspenti.

It's very challenging work. You have to be smart, driven, focused and able to dive right in and learn the environment. This is not an easy job, but it's extremely rewarding.

This company is going places, it's a shame others can't see the vision. At the base level, Aspenti Health is in the business of caring about the patients we serve and acting as a treatment partner in their journey to wellness while battling Substance Use Disorders. Expanding upon that vision, we are beginning to build a program that aids in the treatment of Pain Management patients, which indirectly contributes to the Substance Use population. The company is developing innovative, one-of-a-kind software, partnering with other health related companies to provide crucial analytics to treatment providers and other health related professionals. Not to mention, we just gained accreditation by the top organization governing toxicology laboratories. The company has had an uphill fight from past management, but the places we are going make me proud that I stuck around to be a part of it.

As with all start-up companies, concrete procedures are still being developed. This can cause confusion and frustration among colleagues who do not know where to go for help or when to pause to seek additional information.
