-management that doesn't understand you -have to be at work eventhough you're sick but when you came work with your sickness & couldn't concentrate it will become an issue too -couldn't take childcare leave if its urgent , have to show every prove that your child is sick -will be charge for every small matters like coming late for work for a few minutes is a big issue that can get you terminated -not wearing a nametag or uniform just because its washing can get you charge or being questioned with no symphaty -management wants respect from us but couldn't give the same respect to us -no matual understanding between CA's & management -forcing us to do healthier SG if we don't do we're gonna be questioned -not doing ART for patients will also make us get questioned by the management -we have to force patient to do ART & pay $10.80 for each test even if patient doesnt want to we're told to create stories , a few of us we're scolded by the patients for asking them to do it & having a $10.80 cost for it -welfare & safety of us CA's is 0 -they installed a cctv with voice recorded so that they could hear whatever we said to the patient or to our other CA -we're watched almost 24/7 -no thumb in is equal to us not coming to work which is unfair as they have cctv to see & we have to cover that day by using our leave if we didn't thumb in -overall this company have 0 symphaty to patients or CAs
