      Cons

      It is a hire and fire scheme. Head office blamed my recruiter for taking a cut in the hiring process and not meeting my salary expectations. They just don’t care about employees or their customers, which is a joke.

      - Large layoffs due to a lack of new project starts or sales. - Extremely picky management - They will micromanage you. - This department has a High turnover, so think twice before applying.
