- engineering risk is all on the manager - don’t have to deal with upper management until you’re a senior engineer - good working hours and good work-life balance

- poor pay - emotional company president, weak management, lack of spine in key management people to make the right call to challenge the moody president - weak software in engineering compared to the world - VERY little willingness to change/upgrade processes/software/machinery - slow (frustrating) computers. my phone has a higher benchmark than my work computer in the engineering department. Seriously. I’m the end, I’ve worked for them for 8+ years. They don’t really care about you. This company only cares about the key upper people.

Good coworkers. Not a bad job.

Lots of waiting. Have to wait for others to finish their job before I can do mine. 30 min lunch is not enough. Get food and come back you have 2 minutes left in the lunch break. Training is lacking.
