Pros

Great, smart, intelligent, hardworking people

Cons

No opportunities to develop furthur or move across departments. No good communication between teams. Some decisions made by management are not reasonable at all, especially when it comes to promotions/firing people . People are not taken seriously and very easy to get fired even if you are good at your job. HR department not very helpful. Key people of the business left over last couple of years.

Pros

Lot's of autonomy to manage clients as needed. No problems with budget for marketing; management allowed expenses for whatever was necessary.

Cons

Flow of information out of London was poor at times. London management didn't always understand conditions in the US. Lot's of flip-flopping on strategic plans.

Pros

- You have a handful of good people in the company - CEO is amazing (Anthony) - big football lover but unfortunately supports the wrong team 😂 - Good amount of social events but nothing exciting. - WFH is available here and there - Pay is decent for an apprentice considering how much you make at 18/19/20 and bonus is low but alright. (won’t pay more than 1.5k)

Cons

- Lots of bullies and 2 faced people. - CEO is unaware in what’s happening, even I discussed plenty problems in the company - Get forced to attend Christmas parties and summer parties etc. no reason is valid - If you don’t drink, unfortunately you have to be around drunk and bad people. - One HR member shared personal information about me to other people which I found out. I had evidence for this however I was nice enough not to call my barrister to file a case. - You get a few racist people who give a bit of a dirty look if you’re not white. - Depressed people and company performance is over hyped. - Don’t expect a big pay rise; 2-3% each year. - If you work in the office, no one does work but if you work from home, you get pushed to work flat out and don’t get recognised.
