Genuine leaders, competitive pay and benefits, consistent work- no mass layoffs!, opportunities for growth based on your skills and interests, strong emphasis on teamwork- everyone pitches in where needed, the company really cares about the employees.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. The work can be challenging but I have received a lot of support and guidance.
