      Pros

      The greatest advantage is the time flexibility. Employees are treated as assets and are delegated adequate responsibilities. Salaries are good and if you perform then there are great chances of success.

      Cons

      Little bit of politics as there is in every company. Since there are so many employees there are a lot of small teams so sometimes it becomes difficult to keep track of who is doing what.

      Freedom of work, Good work life balance, Good salary, Lots of opportunity to learn, Analytics Head is super cool and the best boss anyone can ask for

      Cons

      Top management is clueless about future direction Lot of things on the plate but no core competence Have to improve the ground works like Logistics, Refund, Seller relation

      Less work pressure, happy employees, good salary. People are good, but CEO is not that competent. Some sincere employees get to suffer because of that

      Cons

      Too much politics, you need to lick your boss's shoes to get promotion. HR department is very poor.
