Pros

+ Remote work + Forced growth + Supportive colleagues + No time trackers

Cons

- Seniority and experience are valued more than creative suggestions and actual competence - Politics plays largely into opportunity, salary and promotions - Management acts as if suggestions are open but they will push their own agendas and find ways to blame juniors if things don't work out - Bosses treat employees as numbers and constantly gaslight and backstab (to fellow employees!) despite preaching that everyone is part of a family during calls - Decisions are made emotionally and based on mood instead of facts so expect that things are ALWAYS changing - Bonuses and other agreements written on the contract aren't enforced if they favor you, but are enforced if it favors them - Their turnover rate is alarmingly high. Most people don't last 6 mos. - They will underpay you if they can - They will tell you you can go on a sick leave, but will fire you - Seniors were recently hired into this company at high rates, so they are doing everything they can to make the juniors voluntarily resign so they can avoid paying separation fees

Pros

Team members are generally capable and committed Colleagues try their best to deliver despite challenges

Cons

Management frequently changes direction after decisions have been communicated, creating confusion and unnecessary rework Expectations are often presented as clear, but later contradicted or reframed, making it difficult to meet moving targets There is a lack of alignment among leadership, resulting in mixed messages to teams Planning is weak, and execution suffers as priorities shift without explanation Employees are expected to adapt to ambiguity without adequate guidance or support

Pros

Flexible WFH hours Great supportive colleagues

Cons

- HR who’s not even stationed in HQ and not familiar with SG HQ’s MOM laws - HR does not advocate for employees - fickle-minded bosses who can’t keep to plans, or plan for that matter—driven by emotions. A lot. - bosses like to jump into a frenzy of exciting new big projects *every year*, undermining the amount of time and effort that goes into working on those projects and think they can always figure it out in-house without trained professionals/consultations or proper planning. Ends up overworking everyone and overspending unnecessarily, and still do not get the desired results. Killing everyone for no good reason and spending what could’ve been good bonuses.
