      Open minded, very good mindset, overall nice and easy to communicate people.

      Cons

      Nothing. If something is to notify, it is only related to the fast growing structure, organisation. Then of course there are downsides but nothing related to people. Just fast growing organisation needs time for adjustment and performance.
