4yI’m truly disheartened to hear about your experience at S4M. I’m sorry that we’re only receiving this feedback after your departure as the People team and the CEO are always up for receiving feedback on how to improve our operations here. I’m a bit confused as to where you’re located as we don’t have a Sales Rep in our Montreal office, but nonetheless, I’d like to address your concerns.
1) We don’t let employees go without working with them first. We work individually with employees who are struggling to meet their goals through a Performance Improvement Plan, a 1-2 month period where mutually-agreed upon goals are established to get performance up-and-running again. This is true for our US and Canada locations. In France, we give a 3 month notice period.
2) We have never not paid wages on time - this is highly illegal. If there has ever been an occasion where we accidentally under calculate a commission payment, we let the employee know and amend the situation immediately.
3) I’m unsure what you mean by unhealthy environment. We have rigid Covid Guidelines in place as we navigate the pandemic and we have adopted a Remote-First Work Policy so that employees can work in whatever location they feel most comfortable in.
4) We have regular all-hands meetings to discuss updates on where S4M’s future is heading.
5) We have never forced any of our employees to leave a review.
