Pros

No pros, lucky one if you find one.

Cons

1. Worst management. 2. Poor policies. Different policies for different employee. 3. Very small space, can't breath peacefully. 4. Don't have a good internet connection. Employee have to call daily to network provider. Management never take care of it. 5. Provident Fund, Mediclaim what a joke. They don't have much to give you all this benefits. 6. Don't ask for increment / promotion, they will increase your notice period. 7. Projects, are you kidding me. 8. Bad attitude towards employees. 9. Don't have flexible timing options. If you one hour before, you will get a mail. 10. Don't have licensed software. They have lot's of imaginary power to shut off that company which ask to take licence for their software. :-D :-D :-D 11. Manager don't care for their teams. They know everything. They are great. 12. Don't provide I-Cards to their employees. 13. Lot of negativity from the management. 14. You will be ignored by management when you put your papers

Pros

- You will be pushed to do better and in a short period of time. - If you join as a firmware developer then its really great. - Senior are really helpful.

Cons

- They will give you any work wether its web development, app development in 3 or 4 different languages. So, its get difficult to increase your proficiency in any 1 or 2 language. - They don't stick to their words. Rather its regarding increment or project requirements. All new requirements comes on the fly and you need to complete it in the same alloted time. - Don't appreciate your work and even underestimate you. - micro management regarding regarding arival and lunch time but don't consider the extra work done after office hours or on weekends. - All those points can be negligible if the employee is paid nicely.
