      Doesn't spare any expenses when it comes to company events! Lavish Christmas parties, beach destination department outings with free food and lodging, exciting programs, car giveaways. People are easy to approach and get along with. Management spends time with rand & file -- literally parties with them. Yearly performance and Christmas bonus.

      Career opportunities are linear with not much opportunities to branch out

      Good salary, stable job, nice people, the company business is strong.

      Cons

      Not much, they grew so fast so the management may be disorganized a bit but that's fine.
