But if you are young and want to build your career than this is not the place. As there is very limited on no growth opportunities. All the major decisions are taken by top management and nobody has a say. Majority of higher positions are held by family members or relatives or employees who had joined 20 - 30 years back. Young people don't have an opportunity to build a career.
More power is vested to department heads and they can treat their juniors however they want and control their increment however they want.
