      Pros

      The clients and the coworkers are really great. Took the pandemic seriously and had employees work from home.

      Cons

      They really emphasize that the team is more like a “family”. If you ever hear a company say that then run and do not look back. There are more con’s than pro’s. Little to no opportunity to get promotions, wages for the same positions are different, managers really micromanage everything.

      It was fun at first. The co-workers made a point of helping one another out & getting to know each other.

      Cons

      One of the Chief Officers is very unclear in her directions and her expectations. She said she is too busy to give adequated feedback based upon performance.
