Good salary, good opportunities to travel in the region, nice local staff in Manila, good opportunities to gain skills in development finance
Cons
Bad attitude and discrimination towards local staff, very limited learning and development opportunities that are mainly available to international staff, discriminative selection of international staff members with a strong preference for applicants from developed countries, some of such international staff members are very unqualified.
