Highly political place, majority of management are interested only in their own survival and benefits, but not putting customer delivery at first, so there's re-org every few months. No training given, everything is learn on the ground long working hours, they never respect your personal life and asked you to work to achieve the over commited schedule. Lousy product documentation, there's none.
