Pros
The only thing I can think of that would be a pro, is that it is full time employment.
Cons
Brutal, brutal management. You need to be family or incompetent...seriously. This company could own the Canadian market ,but with poor decisions and horrible management and dismissals out the ying/yang (people get this that work ) it does nothing for moral.
