Pros
Superb, dynamic, fast-paced working environment. The Top Mgmt is very quick to decide, sometimes rash. They are open to ideas, comments, suggestions and do not carry any baggage with them. Superb product design, high flexibility.
Cons
The communication between the Top Management & Middle Management has been fast shrinking. This has resulted in panic & chaos, loose talks and rumours when there was no need. In difficult times, this was more important than ever, but sadly, they missed out.
