Pros
There is a genuine client-centredness in how the team approaches projects. The leaders and team genuinely want to improve their clients and themselves. There's no politics and everyone works like a family, watching each other's back. In short, the people are awesome here!
Cons
Being a mid-sized company in a challenging industry, it is not a bed of roses. That said, those expecting this shouldn't even think of entering the marketing research industry.
