Pros
Professional, supportive and collaborative culture, especially in Glasgow. I was made to feel very welcome and part of the team from my first day so settled in quickly. Great employee benefits, and I believe the firm has really stepped up and invested a lot of time and resources towards promoting employees wellbeing and mental health during COVID-19 which has helped me a lot.
Cons
Not so much a con, but I have found that there are so many work events you get invited to attend, which can be almost overwhelming at times, and feel pressure to attend these when they eat into your own personal time.
